Ecallantide API
Ecallantide is a recombinant peptide and selective human plasma kallikrein inhibitor. It is a 60-amino-acid polypeptide developed using recombinant technology and contains three intramolecular disulfide bonds. Ecallantide inhibits plasma kallikrein and is used in the management of acute attacks of hereditary angioedema.
