Mr. Dulal Mahavir Mohato is a postgraduate in Pharmaceutical Technology from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad, India. With deep technical expertise and a forward-thinking mindset, he envisioned leveraging technology to revolutionize the sourcing and supply of pharmaceutical raw materials globally.
Recognizing critical gaps in reliability, transparency, and efficiency within the pharmaceutical supply chain, he set out to build a platform that connects quality with trust — ensuring seamless access to high-standard raw materials for clients worldwide.
In 2013, he founded Swapnroop Drugs and Pharmaceuticals with an initial investment of just ₹40,000 from personal savings. What began as a modest entrepreneurial initiative has evolved into a steadily growing enterprise driven by quality, integrity, and customer-centric innovation.
That early decision to bootstrap the company rather than wait for outside capital shaped how it still operates today: growth funded by reinvesting in quality systems, documentation, and manufacturing capability rather than by cutting corners to chase volume. His academic grounding in pharmaceutical technology meant the company was built API-first — with WHO-GMP compliance, batch documentation, and regulatory readiness treated as non-negotiable from day one, long before international buyers started asking for them.

He remains directly involved in the company's day-to-day operations — from technical conversations with prospective clients to representing Swapnroop Pharma at industry exhibitions across India and abroad — a hands-on approach he sees as essential in an industry where trust is built one shipment, one CoA, and one on-time delivery at a time.
